Founded in 2012, Inspired Publications is a South African digital and print design and publishing services agency based in Cape Town.
We are internationally accredited marketing specialists with a focus on designing, building and automating print and online publications and marketing communications campaigns.
Our expertise together with specialist software platforms helps us put our clients on the map, and firmly in the minds of their target audience.

We will then respond and set up an online meeting to discuss the project with you.
The job gets assessed and we prepare a cost estimate with several possible options.
Once you are happy with the proposal, we prepare the job using our project tracking system.

When you send us your briefing, we first get a quick sense of what needs to be done. We then either email you back or get on a call to ensure we have all the info we need in order to quote.
Once we have sent a quote its over to you: we will wait for your further instruction. If you are not ready to move ahead, that is absolutely fine with us and there’s no pressure.

Do you serve international clients?
Yes, we work with clients around the world and have made the process easy with a 24 hour service ticketing system and an online meeting calendar.

Do you work in multiple languages?
We are equipped to work with multiple language documents.
Whether it’s one document translated into different languages, or a campaign run in multiple languages, we are geared up to help you.
Do you accept foreign currency?
We are registered to accept international payments.
Let us know what method of payment is easiest for you and we will confirm the process.
How will I be billed?
Smaller jobs are usually billed as soon as we receive the instruction and must be settled before we commence the job.
For larger jobs we typically bill for a 50% deposit up front, and the balance on delivery.
However, we are happy to discuss payment arrangements tat work for both parties.
How do I track the progress on my job?
We provide regular progress reports.
How do I submit a job?
We use a service ticketing system to track all projects.

Do you design an item for print and digital?
Yes, we are equipped to create multiple publishing versions of one document.
Design for digital publication requires a lower resolution to meet online display requirements while print is typically high resolution.
We discuss these needs with you to determine the most effective approach to each job.
Do you help with the printing process?
While we are not a printing company, we do advise and manage each printing project.
We are highly experienced in print management and can provide in-depth advice should you require it.
How do online publications work?
We design publish and host online magazines and other content.
We have our own publishing software for interactive page-turning online FlipBooks.
We also provide online hosting facilities.
What information do you require from me?
At the outset we take a briefing of all your requirements.
We establish the purpose of the job, the style, fonts, colours, imagery and any other elements.
Once we have agreed up no the requirements we will discuss who will supply specific content.
Can you help with multimedia elements?
Yes, we work with graphic design, video editing, website (html) coding, and other multimedia elements.
We have a team of specialists across different publication disciplines.
We will discuss these requirements with you.
Do you supply online tracking tools?
